Strange things are happening, like seriously. In New Delhi earlier in
the week, a rather amusing bride tested her husband to be on his
calculative skills, and walked out on him, leaving him stranded at the
altar.
She simply asked him to sum up 15 plus 6. The excited, surprised
and confused groom responded “17” instead of “21”, and KAPUT! That was
the end of the wedding.
Her reaction was this harsh because according to her, the Groom had deceived them all about his education, and that was an unforgivable offense for her. Several attempts by her family members to persuade her contrarily were abortive. “Even a first grader can answer this” the bride’s father said, in support of his daughter’s decision.
